About the Role
Davidorlah Farms is seeking driven and results-oriented Realtors to market and sell premium pineapple farm land located at Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. This is a strictly performance-based opportunity designed for professionals who are confident in their sales ability and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
If you can sell, you earn — there is no ceiling to your income.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell Davidorlah farm land to prospective clients
- Identify and generate leads independently through networking and referrals
- Conduct property inspections and client site visits
- Negotiate and close property sales in line with company pricing and policies
- Maintain strong client relationships before and after sales
- Provide regular updates on leads, inspections, and closed deals
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 1–3 years experience in real estate sales or property marketing
- Proven ability to close deals independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined approach to work
- Comfortable with commission-only earnings structure
- Existing client base or network (an added advantage)
