## Title: Realtor / Farm Land Sales Consultant

About the Role

Davidorlah Farms is seeking driven and results-oriented Realtors to market and sell premium pineapple farm land located at Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. This is a strictly performance-based opportunity designed for professionals who are confident in their sales ability and motivated by uncapped earning potential.

If you can sell, you earn — there is no ceiling to your income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell Davidorlah farm land to prospective clients
  • Identify and generate leads independently through networking and referrals
  • Conduct property inspections and client site visits
  • Negotiate and close property sales in line with company pricing and policies
  • Maintain strong client relationships before and after sales
  • Provide regular updates on leads, inspections, and closed deals
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1–3 years experience in real estate sales or property marketing
  • Proven ability to close deals independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined approach to work
  • Comfortable with commission-only earnings structure
  • Existing client base or network (an added advantage)
