About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and edit detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents
• Read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications accurately
• Draft clear, well-structured reports, letters, and cost summaries for management and clients
• Review and verify subcontractor quotations, contracts, and progress claims for accuracy
• Maintain precise records of project costs, variations, and correspondence
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and ensure all documentation is grammatically correct and well-presented
• Read and analyze project documents to identify cost-related risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure written communications are consistent and professional
• Ensure all written documentation complies with company and client standards

Requirements & Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years relevant experience
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret complex technical and legal documents
• Exceptional grammar, spelling, and report-writing proficiency
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS software

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦100,000
