## Title: Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor.

Prepare, review, and edit detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents
Read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications accurately
Draft clear, well-structured reports, letters, and cost summaries for management and clients
Review and verify subcontractor quotations, contracts, and progress claims for accuracy
Maintain precise records of project costs, variations, and correspondence
Assist in preparing tender submissions and ensure all documentation is grammatically correct and well-presented
Read and analyze project documents to identify cost-related risks and opportunities
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure written communications are consistent and professional
Ensure all written documentation complies with company and client standards

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum of 1–3 years relevant experience
Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret complex technical and legal documents
Exceptional grammar, spelling, and report-writing proficiency
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and QS software

Monthly salary: ₦100,000
