A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Position Overview:
  • The Project Reporting Expeditor is responsible for enforcing company-wide reporting requirements across all projects.
  • This role ensures that Engineers, Accountants, Quantity Surveyors, and Store Keepers submit accurate and complete reports on time, without exception.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce compliance with all project reporting standards and deadlines.
  • Track, follow up, and escalate overdue or incomplete reports.
  • Coordinate with Engineers, Accountants, QSs, and Store Keepers to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and consistent flow of reports to the Manager’s desk.
Required Qualifications: & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project administration, reporting, or project controls.
  • Strong understanding of construction project workflows, documentation, and reporting cycles.
