Project Reporting Expeditor - Construction

Position Overview: - The Project Reporting Expeditor is responsible for enforcing company-wide reporting requirements across all projects. - This role ensures that Engineers, Accountants, Quantity Surveyors, and Store Keepers submit accurate and complete reports on time, without exception. Key Responsibilities: - Enforce compliance with all project reporting standards and deadlines. - Track, follow up, and escalate overdue or incomplete reports. - Coordinate with Engineers, Accountants, QSs, and Store Keepers to ensure data accuracy. - Ensure timely and consistent flow of reports to the Manager’s desk. Required Qualifications: & Experience - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Accounting, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in construction project administration, reporting, or project controls. - Strong understanding of construction project workflows, documentation, and reporting cycles.
