## Title: Project Manager - Construction

Job Summary

We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly
Prepare and submit project reports and updates
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in construction project management
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget
Strong communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with Nigerian construction regulations and standards

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Experience with construction software and project management tools
