Job Summary

We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly
• Prepare and submit project reports and updates
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Nigerian construction regulations and standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience with construction software and project management tools
