## Title: Project Manager

Job Overview

Beacongate Limited is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; allocate resources effectively
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve project challenges

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or project management roles
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations

Preferred Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification

Compensation

N300,000 Net
