Job Overview

Beacongate Limited is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; allocate resources effectively
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
• Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve project challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or project management roles
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification
