Program Manager & Social Media Lead at Emergency Healthcare Consultants (EHCON)

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. The Program Manager & Social Media Lead will play a dual role in managing strategic programs and leading digital engagement. This individual must be highly organized, creative, and comfortable working in dynamic, high-stakes environments — particularly during health crises where timely communication and coordination are critical.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in program management or health communications
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and CapCut or similar tools
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced settings and responding quickly during emergencies
• Past track record of successful grant writing and fundraising
• Experience with CRM platforms (a plus)
• Knowledge of board governance (a plus)

External: Government agencies, donors, clinicians, media, community partners

Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight

• Serve as liaison to the board and board secretary
• Plan and implement programs in line with strategic objectives
• Coordinate training sessions, research dissemination, stakeholder meetings, and advocacy campaigns
• Track program budgets and assist in financial monitoring

Fundraising and Development

• Drive fundraising campaigns to meet annual donation targets
• Draft donor reports, concept notes, and impact summaries
• Support grant writing and partnership development

Volunteer and Community Engagement

• Organize and manage the volunteer program
