Professional Chef (MD Residence)

A reputable organization is seeking a highly skilled and discreet Professional Chef to manage culinary operations at the Managing Director’s private residence. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of high-quality local and continental dishes

• Plan nutritious and well-balanced meals

• Create customized menus based on preferences and dietary needs

• Maintain strict hygiene and kitchen safety standards

• Manage food purchases, inventory, and kitchen organization

• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience as a Professional Chef (private residence experience is an advantage)

• Strong knowledge of both local and continental cuisine

• Culinary certification is an added advantage

• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work flexible hours when required
