Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited as a Personal Assistant to the Chairman. We urgently seek a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Background
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Background in accounting or finance
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for callers, managing emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting items for the Chairman's attention
- Manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments, controlling access to the Chairman
- Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation
- Organize events and conferences
- Remind the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines
- Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage databases and filing systems
- Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Collate and file expenses
- Interpret account statements
- Complete miscellaneous tasks to support the Chairman, including corporate governance reporting and research as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
- Relevant professional qualifications
