## Title: Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited as a Personal Assistant to the Chairman. We urgently seek a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Background in accounting or finance

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for callers, managing emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting items for the Chairman's attention
  • Manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments, controlling access to the Chairman
  • Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organize events and conferences
  • Remind the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines
  • Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Collate and file expenses
  • Interpret account statements
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks to support the Chairman, including corporate governance reporting and research as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
  • Relevant professional qualifications
