About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as Operations Manager at Kaplo Africa in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business units
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, fulfilment, logistics and customer service
• Drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation
• Maintain reporting structures, SOPs and process documentation
• Supervise onsite activities, manage staff performance and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate with management for planning, budgeting and compliance

Required Experience

• 3 - 7 years in Operations, Administration, Hospitality Operations, Logistics, or Retail Operations
• Strong supervisory or management background
• Experience with systems, reporting, cost control and operational workflows
• Physical presence required for logistics coordination, vendor management and operational supervision
