## Title: Operations Manager
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as Operations Manager at Kaplo Africa in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business units
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, fulfilment, logistics and customer service
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation
- Maintain reporting structures, SOPs and process documentation
- Supervise onsite activities, manage staff performance and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with management for planning, budgeting and compliance
Required Experience
- 3 - 7 years in Operations, Administration, Hospitality Operations, Logistics, or Retail Operations
- Strong supervisory or management background
- Experience with systems, reporting, cost control and operational workflows
- Physical presence required for logistics coordination, vendor management and operational supervision
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Disciplined, reliable, process-driven and hands-on approach
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines
