We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations and administrative activities.
  • Supervise staff, enforce discipline, and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee records, correspondence, office supplies, and asset management.
  • Implement SOPs, monitor compliance, and support HR on attendance and leave.
  • Prepare operational and administrative reports; ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of inventory or HR systems is an advantage.
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
