Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. - Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations and administrative activities. - Supervise staff, enforce discipline, and ensure efficient workflow. - Oversee records, correspondence, office supplies, and asset management. - Implement SOPs, monitor compliance, and support HR on attendance and leave. - Prepare operational and administrative reports; ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards. - Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of inventory or HR systems is an advantage. - High integrity, proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
