About the Role
Maxitech Global Investment Limited is seeking a reliable and proactive Operations and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support daily administrative and operational tasks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and operational support across departments
- Assist with receiving, moving, and organizing stock or equipment
- Handle errands and deliveries as needed
- Support the procurement and inventory teams in day-to-day operations
- Ensure timely execution of assigned duties
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
- Prior experience in an administrative or operations support role is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to lift items when necessary
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Must reside within or close to Ikeja
