## Title: Operations and Administrative Assistant

About the Role

Maxitech Global Investment Limited is seeking a reliable and proactive Operations and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support daily administrative and operational tasks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and operational support across departments
  • Assist with receiving, moving, and organizing stock or equipment
  • Handle errands and deliveries as needed
  • Support the procurement and inventory teams in day-to-day operations
  • Ensure timely execution of assigned duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
  • Prior experience in an administrative or operations support role is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to lift items when necessary
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Must reside within or close to Ikeja
