## Title: Office Assistant - Facilities & Cleaning
Position Overview
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within our facilities team at Devon Pharmaceuticals in Lagos.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors, surfaces, and furniture
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Complete detail cleaning tasks including washing windows and mirrors, and addressing spills or messes promptly
- Notify management of any damage or necessary repairs
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order additional stock as needed
- Adhere to health, safety, and company policies
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently
- Perform additional responsibilities as delegated
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to Detail: Strong work ethic with commitment to thoroughness
- Physical Ability: Stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform tasks for extended periods
- Reliability: Punctuality and ability to work independently or as part of a team
