## Title: Office Assistant - Facilities & Cleaning

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within our facilities team at Devon Pharmaceuticals in Lagos.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors, surfaces, and furniture
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
  • Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
  • Complete detail cleaning tasks including washing windows and mirrors, and addressing spills or messes promptly
  • Notify management of any damage or necessary repairs
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order additional stock as needed
  • Adhere to health, safety, and company policies
  • Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently
  • Perform additional responsibilities as delegated
