  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Admin, located in Lagos.
  • The Office Admin will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with financial records.
  • This role also includes providing exceptional customer service, supporting the team with various administrative needs, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office management software and MS Office Suite
  • Experience as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus
  • Experience in a healthcare establishment is advantageous
