Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Admin, located in Lagos.
- The Office Admin will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with financial records.
- This role also includes providing exceptional customer service, supporting the team with various administrative needs, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office management software and MS Office Suite
- Experience as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus
- Experience in a healthcare establishment is advantageous
