This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Job Summary:
  • The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing daily revenue and expense transactions, ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, and providing exceptional service to late-night guests.
  • The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in hotel front desk operations using Opera PMS.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform night audit procedures to balance all hotel transactions.
  • Verify and post guest charges, payments, and room revenues accurately.
  • Reconcile daily reports and prepare management summaries.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor hotel safety and security during night hours.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent in a reputable hotel.
  • Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) is mandatory.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Must be organized, reliable, and have attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
