Job Summary: - The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing daily revenue and expense transactions, ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, and providing exceptional service to late-night guests. - The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in hotel front desk operations using Opera PMS. Key Responsibilities: - Perform night audit procedures to balance all hotel transactions. - Verify and post guest charges, payments, and room revenues accurately. - Reconcile daily reports and prepare management summaries. - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. - Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally. - Monitor hotel safety and security during night hours. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent in a reputable hotel. - Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) is mandatory. - Strong numerical and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure. - Must be organized, reliable, and have attention to detail. - Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
