The ideal candidate will oversee content creation, video editing, social media management, paid advertising, graphics development, TikTok Live sessions, and performance tracking. This role requires someone who understands how to create engaging content, grow an audience, and use data to improve results consistently. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation

• Create engaging video and visual content for social media.

• Develop and manage a structured content calendar.

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts.

• Monitor trends and audience engagement.

• Respond to comments and build community interaction.

Paid Advertising

• Plan and manage social media ad campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.

• Manage advertising budgets responsibly to achieve target outcomes.

Graphics & Brand Presentation

• Understands graphics design and visual content for campaigns.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across content.

TikTok Live & Analytics

• Plan and host TikTok Live sessions.

• Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics.

• Provide regular reports with insights and improvement strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong content creation and storytelling ability.

• Proficiency in video editing.

• Experience managing social media accounts.

• Knowledge of social media advertising.

• Graphic design capability.

• Understanding of TikTok trends and analytics.

• Ability to interpret performance data and apply improvements.

• Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly (Excluding Commissions)

• Performance-Based Commissions: Based on measurable growth and campaign results
