## Title: Multimedia Creative Designer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly creative and execution-focused Multimedia Creative Designer who will own the visual identity, graphic assets, and video content across all digital and physical marketing channels.

This role is critical to driving brand visibility, lead generation, product storytelling, and sales enablement across Snapnet and its SaaS products (HCMatrix, Acumeet, Procurecentro). You will work closely with Digital Marketing, Content, Sales, Product, and Leadership to translate ideas, campaigns, and product features into high-impact visual and video assets.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design high-quality visual assets for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X), websites, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns
  • Create graphics for blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, sales decks, proposals, pitch decks, and brochures
  • Develop event materials including banners, roll-ups, flyers, and stage visuals
  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all designs
  • Collaborate with the content team to visually interpret written content
  • Design creatives optimized for lead generation and conversions
  • Create infographics to simplify complex technology concepts (AI, Data, HR, SaaS)

Video Production & Editing

  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos including product demos, walkthroughs, explainer videos, and short-form social content
  • Produce founder and executive thought leadership videos
  • Create event highlights, customer testimonials, and interview videos
  • Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-optimized videos
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, overlays, intros, and outros
  • Optimize videos for performance across digital platforms

Campaign & Content Support

  • Support marketing campaigns with creative assets aligned to campaign goals
  • Translate GTM themes, messaging, and value propositions into visuals
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content, and Product teams on creative execution
