## Title: Media & Communications Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Media & Communications Officer to join our expanding team at the Learning Through Skills Acquisition Initiative (LETSAI). This role is central to our mission of strengthening inclusive development and raising awareness about the rights of persons with disabilities across multiple stakeholder groups.

Project Focus

This initiative directly targets persons with disabilities, their family members, community structures, government ministries and agencies, Civil Society Organizations, Organizations of People with Disabilities (OPDs), women and girls, Community Health Workers, and community members. We employ a structured multi-sectorial and Community Based Inclusive Development approach to reinforce disability rights awareness across government stakeholders and media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

  • Produce engaging, inspiring content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Create graphics using Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Draft video scripts and edit/produce video content using CapCut, Descript, AfterEffects, and Premiere Rush
  • Repurpose blogs, reports, and events into social-first assets
  • Collect, organize, and apply feedback from multiple teams to refine content
  • Ensure all social content aligns with organizational guidelines

Social Media Management

  • Draft, schedule, and publish content across organizational channels using native platforms and tools like Brandwatch
  • Maintain global content calendar and streamline workflows using Asana, Zoho, and similar tools
  • Manage community engagement through thoughtful responses and proactive outreach
  • Support paid social campaigns and content boosting initiatives

Data & Analytics

  • Track performance across platforms using Brandwatch, Google Analytics, and native platform dashboards
  • Provide insights on audience behavior and content trends to the social media lead
  • Share best practices to drive growth, reach, and engagement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in media, communications, or social media management
