## Title: Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and communications team. In this role, you will contribute to brand strategy, campaign execution, and content creation across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
  • Assist with the design, negotiation, and placement of billboards, traditional media ads (TV and radio), social media ads, and email campaigns
  • Develop a brand style guide that captures organizational voice and mission
  • Support team leads in setting, allocating, and monitoring budgets for marketing and communications projects
  • Meet with team leads to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budgets, and timelines
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Research previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't, and opportunities for improvement
  • Review campaign progress and success, make adjustments, and pitch ideas for new campaigns as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, or Sales (Master's degree preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong research and analytical abilities with quantitative skills
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and other design tools
  • Experience with or interest in learning project management technology
