The Marketing Manager will help position AAA as a leading drone Academy provider in Nigeria and across Africa. The ideal candidate is expected to be digitally savvy, strategically creative, and capable of transforming technical capabilities into compelling market narratives that drive brand visibility and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Campaigns

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for AAA
• Identify and recommend strategic industry events for brand visibility
• Plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote AAA's services across targeted industries and increase market penetration

Market Research and Content Creation

• Analyze industry trends, client needs, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities and refine AAA positioning
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Produce marketing materials such as graphics, videos, case studies, social media content, and website updates to communicate service value
• Develop engaging posts and campaigns for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to build brand awareness and audience engagement

Compliance, Tracking and Reporting

• Oversee SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and analytics to drive online visibility and lead generation
• Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and campaign ROI
• Provide monthly performance reports to management
• Ensure that all marketing communications follow brand standards, tone, and visual guidelines across all channels

Relationship Management

• Collaborate with agencies, production vendors, influencers, and external partners to support marketing initiatives when needed
• Support the SBD team in preparation of pitch decks, brochures, proposals, and presentations that effectively showcase AAA to potential clients, students, and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders
