About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our 24-hour restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures for all shifts
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to control costs and maintain optimal inventory
- Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation, and customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Guarantee adherence to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations across all operating hours
- Create and manage staff schedules to meet labor needs
- Conduct ongoing training and development programs for all employees
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, motivating them to perform at their best and fostering a positive work environment
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service
