## Title: Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our 24-hour restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures for all shifts
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to control costs and maintain optimal inventory
  • Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation, and customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Guarantee adherence to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations across all operating hours
  • Create and manage staff schedules to meet labor needs
  • Conduct ongoing training and development programs for all employees
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, motivating them to perform at their best and fostering a positive work environment

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in inventory management and cost control
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service
