About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ensure all apartments and common areas are well maintained and meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Support and supervise vendors and service providers for technical and repair works
• Maintain maintenance logs and inventory of tools, materials, and equipment
• Monitor utilities and report faults or inefficiencies
• Assist in maintaining outdoor areas, including the swimming pool and landscaped surroundings

Qualifications & Competencies

• OND/HND or Technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Proven experience in maintenance or technical roles, preferably in hospitality or property management
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery
