## Title: Maintenance Officer

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Officer.

Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ensure all apartments and common areas are well maintained and meet safety and cleanliness standards
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
Support and supervise vendors and service providers for technical and repair works
Maintain maintenance logs and inventory of tools, materials, and equipment
Monitor utilities and report faults or inefficiencies
Assist in maintaining outdoor areas, including the swimming pool and landscaped surroundings

OND/HND or Technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Proven experience in maintenance or technical roles, preferably in hospitality or property management
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery
