About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Liaison Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of activities with relevant stakeholders under the guidance of organizational Experts. This role ensures the smooth operation of activities and provides essential administrative and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor activities with relevant stakeholders under expert guidance
- Document activity records immediately after each event and prepare appropriate documentation (activity reports, meeting minutes, etc.)
- Report monitored progress of activities to Experts and relevant stakeholders
- Identify lessons learned, challenges, and good practices related to planned and implemented activities; report findings to Experts and stakeholders in a timely manner and propose solutions to address identified issues
- Provide on-the-spot feedback to those involved in planned and implemented activities to improve their performance and motivation
- Support administrative work and logistic arrangements requested by Experts
- Accompany and actively participate in business trips planned and requested by Experts
- Perform additional duties as requested by Experts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a liaison coordinator and/or office clerk
- Strong skills in creating documents including reports and meeting minutes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools)
- Excellent English communication abilities (speaking, writing, reading, and listening)

- Positive engagement with various tasks to support organizational activities
