## Title: Legal Officer

Job Summary

Provide legal, compliance, and company secretarial support to ensure that Paradigm Finance Limited operates within applicable laws, CBN regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

LL.B degree from a recognized university
Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
Minimum 2–4 years' post-call experience in legal practice or corporate legal department
Financial services experience (advantageous)
Strong knowledge of CBN regulations, credit and collateral documentation
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
