## Title: Legal Officer

Job Summary

Provide legal, compliance, and company secretarial support to ensure that Paradigm Finance Limited operates within applicable laws, CBN regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • LL.B degree from a recognized university
  • Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
  • Minimum 2–4 years' post-call experience in legal practice or corporate legal department
  • Financial services experience (advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of CBN regulations, credit and collateral documentation
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
