Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and delivery of learning programs and strategies that support organizational goals and workforce development in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning strategies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs
- Manage blended learning solutions including classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments
- Design competency frameworks and career development paths
- Prepare training materials and analyze training effectiveness
- Support talent development from onboarding to leadership training
- Lead L&D projects and manage the L&D team
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, with 4–5 years specifically in Learning and Development
- Experience in manufacturing setup preferred (ceramic, cement, or glass)
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Leadership and project management capabilities
