Learning and Development (L&D) Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and delivery of learning programs and strategies that support organizational goals and workforce development in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning strategies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs
• Manage blended learning solutions including classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training
• Conduct training needs assessments across departments
• Design competency frameworks and career development paths
• Prepare training materials and analyze training effectiveness
• Support talent development from onboarding to leadership training
• Lead L&D projects and manage the L&D team

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, with 4–5 years specifically in Learning and Development
• Experience in manufacturing setup preferred (ceramic, cement, or glass)

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Leadership and project management capabilities
