Job Summary
As a Key Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued clients. Your mission is to nurture long-term partnerships, understand client needs, and ensure seamless delivery of products. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to exceed customer expectations and unlock new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the manufacturing sector
- Understand client operations, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor account performance, analyse trends, and report on KPIs
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends and market activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales account management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed
