## Title: Key Account Executive

Job Summary

As a Key Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued clients. Your mission is to nurture long-term partnerships, understand client needs, and ensure seamless delivery of products. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to exceed customer expectations and unlock new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the manufacturing sector
  • Understand client operations, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor account performance, analyse trends, and report on KPIs
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales account management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed
