Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of approved security plans to manage security risks to ALARP
• Provide daily reporting of project site security status and hourly/periodic radio check-in with security resources to confirm alertness at site
• Assure functionality and effectiveness of all physical measures and barriers at project site to deter, deny, detect, delay and respond to security threats
• Support documentation and seamless transfer of security deliverables
• Provide oversight of security resources and interface management between project site team and deployed GSAs, supporting all site-specific activities and movements
• Collaborate with and provide support to Contractor Security team in engaging and managing resourced GSAs
• Participate in daily integrated logistics planning to ensure delivery of all project-specific onshore and offshore movements
• Monitor, assure and report compliance to approved security mitigations for all project site movements (offshore and onshore) by contractor and contractor personnel
• Collaborate with Contractor Project Site Security Coordinator/Manager to assure availability and adequacy of GSAs and fit-for-purpose security equipment at project worksite
• Conduct Security LOD1 assurance on all project activities and movements
• Track the closure of all assurance-type security deliverables
• Engage Shell Security Intelligence team daily to gather and share timely intelligence on security threats and associated risks likely to impact project activities
• Interface with Contractor Security, Bonga Security and Security Operations Centre to maintain common operating picture with all SCiN operations
• Drive the implementation of access control procedures at onshore and offshore project sites in line with project site entry policies and standards
• Report all security issues and incidents likely to impact project activities to Company and Contractor stakeholders
