About the Role
An established company is recruiting an IT Support Professional to ensure the optimal performance of all IT infrastructure across the organisation. The role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, providing user support, and safeguarding the security and functionality of all digital assets.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT support or helpdesk role
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and/or Mac OS environments
- Experience with remote desktop applications, helpdesk platforms, and basic networking
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA)
