About the Role

Thyaura Partners Concept is seeking a qualified professional to provide comprehensive IT support and manage our social media presence. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to contribute to both technical operations and digital marketing initiatives.

IT Support Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees on hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, mobile devices, and software applications
• Manage company emails, user accounts, and access permissions
• Ensure regular data backup and support cybersecurity best practices
• Troubleshoot network issues and liaise with external IT vendors when needed
• Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, routers, phones, etc.)
• Set up and support virtual meetings, presentations, and IT-related office tools
• Monitor system performance and report recurring issues

Social Media Management Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company's social media content calendar
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, designs, short videos)
• Handle all social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Respond to comments, messages, and online enquiries professionally
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and digital materials
• Collaborate with teams to highlight company activities, events, and projects

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in IT support, information technology, or related field
• Experience with social media management and content creation

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦180,000 - ₦250,000
