An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview:
  • Our organization is seeking a proactive and technically inclined NYSC Corp Member to support day-to-day IT operations.
  • The ideal candidate should have basic technical skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving common laptop and system issues, and be willing to learn on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic technical support for laptops and desktop systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
  • Assist with system setup, installations, and configurations
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues when necessary
  • Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance
  • Support staff with IT-related inquiries and minor issues
  • Maintain proper documentation of reported and resolved issues
Requirements:
  • Must be a serving NYSC Corp Member
  • Must be posted to Lagos or willing to serve in Lagos
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Ability to detect and resolve common laptop/system issues
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
