IT Support (NYSC Corp Member)

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - Our organization is seeking a proactive and technically inclined NYSC Corp Member to support day-to-day IT operations. - The ideal candidate should have basic technical skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving common laptop and system issues, and be willing to learn on the job. Key Responsibilities: - Provide basic technical support for laptops and desktop systems - Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues - Assist with system setup, installations, and configurations - Identify and escalate complex technical issues when necessary - Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance - Support staff with IT-related inquiries and minor issues - Maintain proper documentation of reported and resolved issues Requirements: - Must be a serving NYSC Corp Member - Must be posted to Lagos or willing to serve in Lagos - Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting - Ability to detect and resolve common laptop/system issues - Willingness to learn and take initiative - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
