About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of IT Quality Assurance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for IT projects
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Ensure defect tracking and resolution using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Enforce QA standards and support compliance with CBN and NDIC regulations
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure quality delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in QA or software testing within banking or financial services
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing of web, mobile, and enterprise applications
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile practices, and QA tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
• ISTQB, CSTE, or Agile Testing certification (advantageous)
