## Title: IT Quality Assurance Officer
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of IT Quality Assurance Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for IT projects
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Ensure defect tracking and resolution using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Enforce QA standards and support compliance with CBN and NDIC regulations
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure quality delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years' experience in QA or software testing within banking or financial services
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing of web, mobile, and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile practices, and QA tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
- ISTQB, CSTE, or Agile Testing certification (advantageous)
