An established company is recruiting for an IT Officer to manage technology operations and drive digital transformation across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ERP systems and IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, minimal downtime, and effective technical support across all locations
• Develop, customize, and implement software solutions to automate processes, improve efficiency, and support business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in ERP, networking, or software development (added advantage)
• Experience in software development, customization, and process automation, with the ability to optimize workflows across multiple locations
• Proven experience in ERP Management & Support, IT infrastructure and hardware maintenance, with the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot servers and network devices
• Willingness and ability to visit all operational locations as required
